The new Amon Tobin website relaunches February 26 in time for a new album on March 6. The site currently features a luminous deep sea video teaser that offers great minimalism and power. Snatches of manta ray, squid, and jellyfish are fluidly animated and evocatively lit by Notice Bureau - who I'll definitely be watching out for from now on.

The Bitfilm crew in Hamburg are having a lot of fun creating an unpredictable digital moving image programme mix. Together with varied VJ/DJ live events this gives them a flavour all their own. When I was invited for the last edition I was impressed by the uniqueness of the programming - and hope they drive this through into a higher profile for their screenings and talks to match the buzzing live events.
