Still time to catch Eyebeam exhibition January 6 - 24, 2004
starting the year:
Eyebeam NYC presents the first group exhibition from its Moving Image Studios. The exhibition features work produced in 2003 by four post-graduate Production Artists, as well as commissioned projects by Isaac Julien and Fred Wilson that the Production Artists helped to create. Documentation of the commissioned work will be on hand to describe the studio's production process.
Year of the Transformer
2004 sees the return of Optimus Prime and the Transformers in a big way since their heyday over a decade ago.
The computer game comes later in the year, but Mazda are getting in early on the act, and currently feature a nifty RX-8 autobot animation to publicise their concept cars, and their 2004 North American autoshow site.
